RBS is an authorized seller of Premium chain hotels such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Starwood, Hilton, Marriott, Lemon Tree and many more. We cater to needs of different types of travellers and offer 3, 4 or 5 Star Hotel accommodation, private cabs, Coach Travel, English Speaking Drivers & guides. We also cater to the niche demands like Senior Citizen Tours, Women only Tours, Wildlife Expeditions, Photography Tours, Customized Honeymoon Tours, etc.

On securing a tour with us, we provide the guest with a payment flexibility where only a token advance is to be paid to process the reservation, balance payment can be remitted after we provide the confirmations from the hotel / hotels.

RBS Travels provides personal information to resort operators to facilitate a booking that you have requested. Otherwise, RBS Travels does not routinely disclose personal information, except where it is necessary to provide you with a service that you have requested such as to make bookings for your travel with airlines.

RBS Travels will not normally otherwise use or disclose any information about you without your consent, unless: required by law to protect the rights, property or personal safety of another RBS Travels member, any member of the public. The assets and operations of the business are transferred to another party as a going concern.

When you provide your personal information to us, RBS Travels will give you the choice as to whether you wish to receive further information about special offers, promotions, and changes to our products and services. If you indicate that you do not wish to receive these, we will not contact you further for these purposes. Please allow 28 days for your request to be processed.

Based on the discussion with your Travel Counsellor, you have to pay 10% - 25% of your Total Trip amount to process the reservation. The balance amount can be paid after receiving the Travel vouchers.

You can pay via Bank Transfers, Cheques or in cash. We accept all Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and most major debit cards which are subject to 2.5% processing fee.

Since we customize packages as per your demands, the cancellation policy varies across hotels and services. However, you're informed about the detailed cancellation policy before you make any payments via our site. We offer SSL encryption, the industry standard security measures for transactions made over the Internet.

There would be a dedicated Travel Counsellor assigned exclusively to you, who would be in touch with you from the time when the query was initiated till the time the tour ends, In case of any issues faced by you, a solution would be immediately offered, still unsatisfied you can escalate the call with us. The Hotels, Transport and the services used by us are tried and tested for over 25 years.

We will assign one exclusive Travel Counsellor to process your reservation, once the hotels / itinerary and the rates have been finalized. The Counsellor would send a Performa invoice listing the amount payable, reservation details and the package inclusions, if you are satisfied with the details we will start to process the reservation.

We would need 10-25 % advance payment to process the reservation, after we receive the confirmations and payment time limits from respective hotels, we would inform you on the final payment schedule, which would vary from a hotel to a hotel, Seasonality and the Destination.

Once the reservation is confirmed and the advance is received. We will send you by email /courier, a confirmation voucher having all the details pertaining to the particular reservation. This should be presented to the hotel at the time of check in.

If RBS Travels becomes aware of any ongoing concerns or problems concerning our privacy practices, we will take these issues seriously and work to address these concerns.
