Lola Yoga

Trained in a traditional practice and initiated into meditation from her childhood, it is natural that Lola, better known by the pseudonym Lola Yoga, opened up to the world, to transmit in turn what she had received, and thus awaken the love that abounds in everyone.

Initiated by her mother, she then followed her training with Mr. Claude Maréchal, a teacher of the lineage of Sri T.K.V. Desikachar. Having made her life a permanent practice, she has been teaching yoga since the age of 19, and has been leading training sessions for future teachers since 2012, at her school: Lola Yoga.

Today, she vows to transmit her knowledge and energy to as many people as possible, so that every second of our lives will be celebrated with joy.
